Pros: "Food was good ."

Cons: "Didnt turn on the AC until were in air, implying that everybody was sweating for 30min from boarding to ip in air. Crew refused Green Tea, saying it is only offered in Business class"

Cons: "On time departure would be nice. Overall very pleasant experience. Water and Swiss chocolates were served during under an hour flight. Thank you Swiss!"

Pros: "The seats were good for a short flight, which this was. No complaints."

Pros: "Crews was very good and helpful."

Cons: "I have to pay $100 at the airport for my second bag, which was a total surprised to me. Because when the question of how many check bag came up and I put in 2. There should be a warning come up that it will be extra charges for the second bag."

Pros: "The food was decent and on board entertainment was pretty good."

Cons: "The boarding experience was terrible. We bought new lightweight International sized carry-on bags for our family of four and packed extremely light to keep each of bags under the 8 kg weight limit for carry-on bags. The crew required us to check them anyway! So incredibly annoying."

Pros: "They have a policy of letting kids under 5 board early which was a boon to us! The veggie pasta was really delicious."

Cons: "The delay to fly was the only issue"

Pros: "The entire process from boarding in Chicago until arrival in Athens was very smooth."

Cons: "check in procedure in Berlin: That airport is different. You drive right to the gate from which you board the plane. I showed up early and was told that I had to take by suitcase to another location if I wanted to check in 3 hours early. After lugging the suitcase a quarter of a mile, I was told that they don't do that and I had to return to the designated gate at the appropriate time."

Pros: "There was a very long line at the check in counter on the way back. Many people were nervous about missing their flights. Apparently the counter computers were out of order and they only had 2 stations to support the passengers at a very busy time. Other than that, everything was smooth and pleasurable."

Pros: "Swiss Air is very nice, planes are clean, snacks on board were fantastic!"

Cons: "Why the ridiculous amount of money to check a small bag? For this reason, I would not fly Swiss Air. My fancy sandwich was not worth CHF 50."

Pros: "The plane looked new and clean. The TVs worked well (as opposed to our first flight) and kept our family entertained. The kids meal was prepared in an appealing way for my kids (even though the kids didn't like it some of it - but they tried everything!)."

Cons: "We had a great experience. No issues."

Cons: "Refused to change my flt date after I realized I made a one day mistake inadvertently. I called within 10 minutes afterwards. This was 6 months before the actual flt date. Customer service was snarky, unapologetic, and almost happy that I could not change the date or get any kind of refund."

Pros: "Entertainment and food was good. Pilot kept good communication with passengers. Some of the inflight crew were nice and willing to help"

Cons: "Some flight attendants should show more willingness to assist and help passengers. Boarding was a bit messy plus they changed boarding gate last minute. Flight was delayed almost one hr"

Pros: "Nice crew. Smooth and quick ride which is perfect. No entertainment system or food so cannot comment."

Cons: "Worst airport to board from (Tegel). Waited 30 minutes for luggage in frankfurt airport. Unacceptable luggage handling (may related to airport in Frankfurt)."

Pros: "Flight, crew, arrival were good"

Cons: "Security in Frankfurt was overwhelmed, so we were transferred to a set of security gates which is very far from the A gates. Had to take 2 slow elevators (no escalators!), go through the underground walkway connecting B and A sections and finally walk to one of the outermost gates to board. We were bused; our bus waited next to the plane for quite a long time full of people and without AC. It was a very unpleasant experience."

Pros: "Smooth boarding process"

Cons: "Surprise that British Airways does not have internet access on its transatlantic jets. Delta and Swiss air both had the last time I flew them."

Cons: "staff Attitude could be better. Also no milk for toddlers but free vine for people to get drunk, be loud on overnight flight, then snore and stink drunk. My table was all in some snort when I opened it to put my meal on. Dirty lavatory floors."

Pros: "Business class lay flat seats allow sleep. Staff tries to pamper you with good service. Smooth long flight 10hrs40min and flight left 30 min late and still arrived early 40 min."

Cons: "Online checkin requires passport check at airport so you try but cannot print boarding pass. Online would not let me order gluten free vegetarian meal for daughter, but staff at terminal said oh it is too late now, you need 24 hrs notice... on flight though they figured it out and brought her foods she could eat so it worked out ok."

Pros: "Entertainment was good."

Cons: "The flight was terribly cold. I was cold even after using 2 blankets. Lunch was served very late just before landing and it was a 10 hour flight."

Cons: "Surprised at check in with a $60 fee for my one and only checked bag for a 2 week trip. Felt robbed. Seats very close together on flight. Sore knees."

Cons: "Entertainment was really poor, the screen was really small , movies and shows are outdated and most of them don’t work. It was really cold during the flight. My flight attendant was not really friendly, not like the rest of the attendants who smile at you and very helpful."

Pros: "Not a lot! Crew was okay but it was cramped and hot. And speedy boarding is pointless when they put you on a bus. You pay to beat the crowds!"

Cons: "The only thing I can seriously complain about is the departure board said."boarding" shortly after we landed early, and were to have a 2 hour layover. I had planned to browse a store but when we saw "boarding", we ran across the terminals only to find the information had been false. Uncool!"

Pros: "The crew on board was nice. The crew in the terminal however were not very pleasant."

Cons: "The seats were incredibly uncomfortable. This was due to them being hunched forward a bit, which made sitting on them for the 1 hour flight uncomfortable. More comfy chairs would be great."

Pros: "Easy and well organised. No long waits."

Cons: "Check-in process for colleague's musical instrument appalling. For lute safety requires window seat. Can't be done online or at automated check-in desks. You have to go to customer services and wait in long slow queue for 2 assistants. Staff constantly bring others to desk in front of queue."

Cons: "Check-in was poor. It got stuck after 80 people that could not proceed to board the plane and occupied the hallway. Everyone was standing for 30 minutes without any information about the reason for the delay in boarding whatsoever."

Pros: "Crew bright polite and friendly. Professional"

Cons: "Not being easyjet. Terribly inefficient self check in for bag drop. Manchester airport appalling as usual. Not enough easiest staff to help with machines going wrong all time. Huge slow queues. Stupid idea for these machines. Slower than old system and you still need to pay staff."

Cons: "The flight came in late, but we only found out later.If we’d been told we could have gone for a drink, or at least found somewhere to sit for a while, rather than standing for an unacceptable time!"

Cons: "Boarding was a mess, we rather to wait and be the last, it took more than 1 hour the boarding process with not that many passengers"

Pros: "Everything was fine apart from the delay in flying out. I am a Special Assistance traveller and due to the delay I had a very very long and late journey back home. So the delay added two hours (plus the flight delay) to my trip home from the airport."

Pros: "Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room."

Cons: "Website indicated without EU identification we needed printed boarding passes. We were unable to print them while traveling. We arrived at the ticket desk and they refused to print them. We had to create an online connection to get the passes and then forward them to all 4 people in our group."

Pros: "On time flight and decent boarding process (not too much fuss over baggage size and weight)."

Cons: "Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!"

Cons: "Never made the flight due to the previous flight being very late Eventhou that Norwegian sir that I will never use again lied about delay time , they said 50 min and ended up being 3 hours"

Pros: "Flight crew was very professional."

Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable. Be wary of "checking in early" costs - you can navigate to not have those fees just takes time. "Hidden" fees were unexpected - overall fee was OK."

Pros: "Late departure, easy checkin, waited 10-15 minutes after landing for ground crew to have stairs for us to exit plane."

Pros: "The flight was smooth and calm. The crew was very professional."

Cons: "I did not know in advance about the checked baggage charge. The web site was not clear in this regard. The cost to pay this charge at the Rome Airport was double the price of doing it in advance. This also created a lot of unnecessary stress. We barely made the connection even though we had two and a half hours between arriving in Rome and the departure of the Ryanair flight. Also, there was a delay after boarding of almost one hour."

Pros: "On time departure and arrival, crew excellent. Did not try food and there is no entertainment so three stars for what I saw."

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats and not enough room to even pick up a bottle of water dropped on the floor. Cattle get more room on lorries. Aircraft was very hot on boarding and the arrival bus did not have any airconditioning and was also very hot."
